Cui has been in charge of reporting on major national science and technology projects for a long time. The projects involved aerospace, nuclear power, high-speed rail, large aircraft, aircraft carriers, and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. She taught students about the latest scientific and technological trends in China.
A group of CGN employees introduced the original goal, philosophy, and assessment standards of the Dream Fulfillment plan to students and answered related questions.
They will evaluate students based on their grades, discipline, moral character, work ethic, habits, and interests in the context of school, family, and self-growth. Those who score well will be presented with a Dream Fulfillment Medal and will receive help in realizing their dream.
A Dream Fulfillment Backup Group consisting of tutors, supervisors, and volunteers was also established to provide guidance and assistance.
CGN workers also designed a dream map in line with the cognition of primary school students to better understand their dreams, hobbies, and learning goals.
Students wrote down their information on the dream map, and the CGN employees will later sort out the students' dreams and cooperate with member companies to create dream fulfillment plans for students that pass evaluation.
