The Project 3 of CGN Dalad Banner Forerunner PV base was started on June 30th, 2018. After five and a half months of orderly construction, the project was connected to the grid on full capacity on December 17th, 2018. In terms of safety, quality and schedule control of project construction, CGN has always adhered to the basic principle of "Safety First, Quality Foremost and Pursuing Excellence" as well as the core value of "Doing Things Right in One Go".
The Project 3 of CGN Dalad Banner Forerunner PV base conducted the management with a strict attitude of self-discipline, innovative development, and improved management, together with higher standards and stricter requirements, put forward "the leader among the forerunners" and "the leader in safety standardization construction" as the management goals, and created "six firsts" in the construction of Dalad Banner Forerunner PV base, has become the first in the base to complete the foundation pouring, the first to complete the bracket installation, the first to complete the component installation, the first in booster station civil construction, the first to meet the conditions of primary electrification of booster station and the first to fulfill the conditions of full capacity grid connection.
The whole project is up to the standard with high quality, and it has achieved the leadership in the five aspects of project engineering safety, quality, schedule, technical indicators and standardization in the Dalad Banner Forerunner PV base. It has also passed the special acceptance of demonstration project of new technology application, green construction and engineering foundation structure, project up-to-standard into service, as well as project quality evaluation, etc. The project has won 8 provincial and ministerial level awards, 4 QC achievement awards, and 5 practical patents.
The China Electric Power Quality Engineering Award is the highest honorable award for engineering quality in China’s electric power construction industry. It is awarded annually to improve the quality and management level of electric power construction projects.
