Recently, CGN Energy International Brazil was awarded the "Brazil National Quality Award" by the International Quality Company (IQC).

The "Brazil National Quality Award," established in 2000, is an authoritative award in the field of quality management in Brazil. Taking internationally recognized excellence performance evaluation criteria as the core standard, its assessment covers multi-dimensional indicators such as full industrial chain management, safety and quality control, compliant operations, and social responsibility. With rigorous assessment standards and high industry recognition, it aims to commend benchmark enterprises that practice excellent quality management in various industries. Following a rigorous review process, CGN Energy International Brazil was recognized by the assessment panel for its outstanding quality management practices, standing out among hundreds of participating enterprises to secure this honor.

In recent years, under the Group's unified deployment, CGN Energy International has continuously enhanced its quality management effectiveness, implemented Total Quality Management across its global asset portfolio, and actively promoted CGN's safety and quality culture as well as its management practices, yielding notable results. As the sixth largest clean energy supplier in Brazil, CGN Energy International Brazil consistently upholds the fundamental principles of "Safety First, Quality First, Pursuit of Excellence," while deeply embedding a "rigorous, prudent, meticulous and practical" work style. Embracing the philosophy that "Safety Culture Knows No Borders," the company strictly aligns with local Brazilian laws, regulations, and standards, alongside CGN's internal management requirements. By seamlessly integrating CGN's safety management practices with local regulatory mandates, it embeds quality management across the entire lifecycle—from strategic planning and engineering construction to operation and maintenance. The company has established a standardized, regulated, and integrated safety, quality and environment management and control model, continuously driving the deep integration of safety, quality, compliance, and business performance. It has secured ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, and has maintained "six zeros" in safety, quality, and environment for 7 consecutive years. These efforts have ensured the high-quality construction and operation of its plants under construction and in service, laying a solid safety foundation for the company's sustainable and healthy growth.

As China-Brazil cooperation deepens and becomes more concrete, CGN continues to explore the Brazilian clean energy market. Currently, it owns 8 wind farms and 3 solar power plants in Brazil, with a total installed capacity of over 1.7 million kilowatts, making positive contributions to promoting Brazil's energy transition and China-Brazil green cooperation.
